The second WSOP tournament is a Pot Limit Hold'Em, and more than 1000 players have paid their entry. Most of the big names of the poker world are here. Seated at Luca Pagano's table, there is Johnny Chan (famous for his 10 WSOP bracelets, a record which only Doyle Brunson also has reached), as well as David Slansky. The young Italian player will play for few hours but no good card appears and he keeps on thinking of the slight error he made at the beginning of the tournament. He'll be out at 5pm, after five hours of game, and is sure that in the upcoming days he'll have a little bit more luck and good cards... From the top of his hotel room, at the Wynn, he can contemplate Vegas, and its never-ending rebuilt architecture. Far away, he can see the Stratosphere tower, with its roller-coaster situated at more than 100 meters high, as well as the downtown Vegas ruins, where WSOP was created by the Binions Family in the 70s.
